๐ŸŸฉ Butterflies? Or Rocket Fuel?

Hey, Chris here.

So... Ever notice how fear and excitement feel kinda the same?

Racing heart, shallow breath, that weird โ€œI might die but also maybe notโ€ sensation?

Yeah. That.

Well... it dawned on me recently:

Your body doesnโ€™t know the difference.

Itโ€™s your brain that names it.

Fear/anxiety/excitement/"a rush" - whatever... it's all pretty much the same 'feeling' in your body.

Itโ€™s just your brain making up a story to explain what your bodyโ€™s already feeling.

So next time you feel that edge-of-the-cliff energy...

Try calling it excitement... a rush... or anticipation instead!

You might just trick yourself into doing something brave.

Or at the very least...

Youโ€™ll stop looking for the exit, and start looking for whatโ€™s next.

Keep going,
~ Chris

P.S.
Right now, Iโ€™m deep in the weeds building out this site
Itโ€™s been living in the back of my brain for years.

This project is me trying to put language around a feeling Iโ€™ve had forever...

That most of us are walking around with insane potential... and no idea how to access it.

So Iโ€™m doing my best to build something that helps with that.
To share the stuff Iโ€™ve always seen, but so frustratingly, couldnโ€™t explain.

Itโ€™s messy and incomplete.
But itโ€™s real.

If youโ€™re curious, Iโ€™d love to know what you think.
Hereโ€™s where to start.

What I used to call fear... fear of failure, fear of success... (probably both) kept me quiet for way too long.

But now? I'm excited to show you how I see things.
Maybe youโ€™ll see yourself in it, too.

Let me know.

~ Chris
