đźź© Butterflies? Or Rocket Fuel?

Hey, Chris here.

So... Ever notice how fear and excitement feel kinda the same?

Racing heart, shallow breath, that weird “I might die but also maybe not” sensation?

Yeah. That.

Well... it dawned on me recently:

Your body doesn’t know the difference.

It’s your brain that names it.

Fear/anxiety/excitement/"a rush" - whatever... it's all pretty much the same 'feeling' in your body.

It’s just your brain making up a story to explain what your body’s already feeling.

So next time you feel that edge-of-the-cliff energy...

Try calling it excitement... a rush... or anticipation instead!

You might just trick yourself into doing something brave.

Or at the very least...

You’ll stop looking for the exit, and start looking for what’s next.

Keep going,
~ Chris

P.S.
Right now, I’m deep in the weeds building out this site
It’s been living in the back of my brain for years.

This project is me trying to put language around a feeling I’ve had forever...

That most of us are walking around with insane potential... and no idea how to access it.

So I’m doing my best to build something that helps with that.
To share the stuff I’ve always seen, but so frustratingly, couldn’t explain.

It’s messy and incomplete.
But it’s real.

If you’re curious, I’d love to know what you think.
Here’s where to start.

What I used to call fear... fear of failure, fear of success... (probably both) kept me quiet for way too long.

But now? I'm excited to show you how I see things.
Maybe you’ll see yourself in it, too.

Let me know.

~ Chris
