Hey, it’s Chris.
Ever feel like your brainβs trying to sort something out…
but instead of a plan, youβve got a bunch of different perspectives all standing around pointing fingers?
Yeah. Same.
Thereβs the loud one that panics.
The one that listens and absorbs it all… judging you.
And then… thereβs the quiet one.
The one in the background.
The one who just quietly gets shit done.
So lately…
Iβve noticed that most of my real breakthroughs…
the actual βoh damn, thatβs how that worksβ moments…
didn’t come from thinking harder.
They come when I shut up for a bit… and let that quiet part do its thing.
So now I try to give it space.
Fewer distractions. Better questions.
Less pressure to figure it all out right now.
I tell you, it’s tough!
I’m definitely the “get in and get it done” kind of guy.
But when I give that quiet part of me a bit of room to move…
it usually comes up with something better than I couldβve forced anyway.
I still “do the work” – because nothing beats it.
But sometimes you’ve just gotta let it percolate a bit, ya know what I mean?
Just thought Iβd share that.
In case your brainβs been holding its own little group meeting lately.
Until next time,
~ Chris
P.S. Iβm cooking up something called ScriptBusters.β
Itβs like MythBustersβ¦
but instead of blowing up cement trucks, weβre destroying default settings.
Think less explosions, more internal βwaitβ¦ what?β moments.
